My wife and I enjoyed a lovely few days in the Serengeti unit. The nature is beautiful and the accommodation was fantastic. It's the perfect place to gather friends and family and enjoy time together. The unit was fully equipped with everything one needs. The lovely fireplace was a winner and the deck/porch provided the most beautiful view every day.
The place is very neat and very clean! The location is breathtaking and it's so peaceful. The 2 rooms offer enough privacy for 2 couples and are truly one of the best places we have ever been. We will return for sure.

The fact that you have to leave your vehicle in the dark to push open the gate is unsafe. The trash in the bathroom was not cleaned from the previous guests. The barbecue for meat was dirty. The gas grill's knob is broken and is a major safety risk. When I discussed it with the manager/owner she was aware of it. The braai room/lounge has an open floor. It was really unpleasant to hang out there because of the cold wind through the floor. I also have my doubts that there are any trout in the ponds. We were also not met by the manager/owner upon arrival.
We would just like to suggest changing the gas grill to a normal grill, we see a lot of people have also put this on their review and we agree, but otherwise everything is really great.
I recommend it for sure. Unbelievably beautiful location and view with very neat accommodation. The service is also excellent.
Close enough to the town, Dullstroom. Far enough to feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Delicious and a must!

It is now seen as one of our favorite places to stay. Nothing was spared and the facilities are fantastic. Definitely the best equipped self-catering destination we have ever visited. They will definitely see us again!
The place was well equipped and didn't even realize there were still warm blankets on the bed too. Place was neat, except I would do a regular built-in braai there, not a gas braai.

My eerste gedagte was, dit lyk nes op die foto's. 'n Ware retreat op 'n pragtige plaas, jy word wakker met die beeld van berge en water en bokke wat rondloop. Ons het gestap, was in die kano/die bootjie, heerlike gekuier op daai stoep en in die lushof van 'n kombuis, die kinders hulle gate uit geniet! Die personeel is fantasties en ons uitgerus, maar met seer hart teruggekom huistoe. Julle sien ons definitief weer!
6 lady friends away on a Craft Weekend Breakaway. They returned with severe withdrawal symptoms and in a state of depression. They didn't want to leave. Needless to say, their next tentative booking has been done already.
Wow! Jeanette, ek kan nie genoeg dankie sê vir jou en jou span nie. Dit was by ver die beste plekkie waar ons al ooit weggebreek het. My hart lê op die plaas. Dit is regtig so amazing, het lekker ontspan en die kinders het hulle gate uit geniet. Julle sal my beslis vinnig weer sien!
